To some questions in the business context there are no simple and direct answers: What are the success factors of our organization? What guidelines do we use to guide our decisions? Which experiences from the past make us more resilient for the future?

With the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, teams explore possible answers with playful ease, simulating future situations and scenarios. 3D models provide detailed answers to complex questions.

And best of all: This "model and metaphor meeting" activates all participants at the same time.
Since 2013, Julian Kea has been offering workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. In 2015, he founded Germany's first Meetup (#LSPmeetup) for this method in Berlin.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME

Julian Kea is a Serious Games Facilitator and Team Coach from Berlin. He creates engaging learning environments with minds-on workshop methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Agile Classrooms, Thiagi's interactive training strategies, Open Space Technology, Liberating Structures and of course Training from the BACK of the Room. These enable teams to have an authentic conversation, promote mutual understanding, and strengthen teamwork.

Julian Kea was trained by Robert Rasmussen and Per Kristiansen in 2013. His customers are from industries such as consulting, education, research, credit institutions, aviation, mobility, and e-commerce.

His mantra is „Rediscover Learning. Work Smarter.“
